Deep practices of body and mind
Kundalini yoga, breathing practices, morning sadhana—for cleansing, activating, and restoring inner energy.
Tantra and working with energy
Tantric techniques, meditations,
working with attention and the body to awaken sensitivity, strength, and wholeness.
Immersion in nature and sound
Gong meditations, a path to a cave and canyon, a horseback ride to a sacred lake—for grounding, silence, and rebooting through contact with nature.
This is not just a retreat. It is a return to oneself.

To the body—through breathing and movement. To the soul—through silence, sound, and mountains.
To your strength—through practices that awaken and purify.
A powerful space, living people, depth without excess. The authenticity of Georgia.
No fuss. Just you, nature, and real life inside.
what awaits you
  • sound practices
Immerse yourself in the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, tambourines, vargans, and voices.
Sound purifies, balances, and brings you back to yourself. Deep meditations and sound mysteries—every day.
  • Places of power

We will visit natural spaces filled with depth: Prometheus Cave, Okats Canyon, and the sacred Lake Mezir.

Here, it's easy to hear yourself, let go of the unnecessary, and tune into the present.

  • kundalini yoga
Intensive practice that activates energy and cleanses the body and mind.

Through dynamic kriyas, breathing, and mantras—to clarity, strength, and inner support.
  • Sadhana with guitar accompaniment
Dawn practice. The living sound of the mantra leads deep within. Sadhana is the discipline through which strength is born.
It is a foundation for the day, a way to tune in to the path, and an encounter with oneself.
  • tantra
A broad path leading to clarity and wholeness.
Body, energy, and attention work together to restore strength, health, and inner harmony.
  • Horseback riding
Crossing rivers, trails, and alpine fields. Mountains that reveal themselves only along the way. The sacred Lake Mezir is a place of power and tranquility. There, a special outdoor practice awaits us.
  • breathing exercises
Deep breathing exercises - for cleansing, restoring energy, and freeing the body.

    Pranayama, tantric techniques, rebirthing.
Breathing as a path to your inner self.
  • gongs
Deep vibrations trigger internal healing processes.
Sound works with the body, nervous system, and subconscious, relaxing and energizing.

  • The path of trust

To a place where there is no rush. Where you can let go of expectations and feel that everything happens at the right time.
Trust is an inner support that cannot be broken.

what to bring
Mountains are always about changeability: sun, wind, coolness, heat. That's why it's important to be prepared for any weather changes — both daytime transitions and evening practices.
Here is a list of things you should definitely put in your backpack.
